Our process is more efficient and sustainable. We have invented the future way of building.
The building site is set up and the foundations completed. The roof is put together on the foundation slab in suitable sections.
The modules arrive at the construction site. The roof for the first section is removed and the modules are installed directly from the trucks. The roof is lifted in place before installation of the next section begins.
Module installation continues section by section. As the sections are completed, scaffolding is erected in preparation for supplementary external work.
The roof is put in place. A lift is installed. Supplementary installation work is carried out. Corridors, stairwells etc. are completed. The external walls are completed.
Mouldings and similar are installed indoors. Gutters, wall fittings and balconies are installed outdoors. The exterior environment is completed with paving etc.
If the customer lacks proposal documents, Lindbäcks will assist in creating them. Our developers collaborate with architects to produce proposals that meet customer requirements. We present a target price based on these documents. If the customer proceeds, we define technical requirements and propose a tailored solution, followed by a bid. Once agreed, a construction contract is signed.
We set aside 32 weeks for the design and preparation of an assignment. This enables us to keep pace with our factory production while allowing enough time to make well-considered selections, purchases, deliveries and checks. We never forget the value of a close dialogue with the customer during the project process.
Our modules are manufactured indoors in our factories. The cus- tomer is invited to attend a pre-inspection with us. At the end of the production line, the modules are covered with weatherproof sheets and made ready for transport to the construction site.
The foundation is completed before the modules are transported to the construction site, where the roof is made. The modules are assembled and the roof is lifted in place. We finish off with supplementary internal and external work, turning the modules into turnkey buildings.
The modules that underwent pre-inspection at the factory are used as reference modules for the final inspection. Upon approval of the final inspection, the building is handed over to the property developer. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is five years.
