Naturally Sustainable Since 1924

It all began with a village sawmill in 1924 in Kallfors, a little village south west of Piteå in the far north of Sweden. Today, the family-owned business is Sweden’s leading company in the industrial production of climate-smart, timber-framed apartment buildings.

Our hypermodern factory is your quality guarantee

We make buildings the way others make cars by using industrial methods in a controlled, high-tech environment where quality is assured every step of the way. And we do it in a process developed under the LEAN philosophy. And we also offer a safe work environment with no heavy lifting or hazardous operations. The mere fact that we build our modules in a fully sheltered environment is a major benefit. What’s more, our factory enables us to sort more than 90 per cent of our waste. Our factory on Haraholmen in Piteå is quite the bucket list experience, and it attracts visitors from around the world.

Cost control and faster processes

Thanks to our industrial construction methods based on clearly specified orders, we can make buildings at virtually fixed prices. Our process minimises unexpected costs.
And because assembly at the construction site is also faster than conventional construction, your tenants get to move in sooner and the credit clock stops ticking earlier. If you let us optimise your project we can halve the on-site construction time.
